Sustainability has been key in the construction and design of the lodge, relying on local artisans using sustainably sourced wood for furniture and infrastructure. Interiors are accessorised with hand-crafted pottery and artwork created by the indigenous people of Nicaragua.

There are many wonderful culinary surprises at Morgan’s Rock and there’s the option to go all-inclusive. Breakfast at the farm on rustic home-grown produce and dine al fresco on sumptuous Nicaraguan dishes showcasing local seafood in a beautiful poolside setting. Around 60% of ingredients are sourced from the large working farm. Guests are welcome to visit the farm, lend a hand collecting eggs or milking the cows, or even learn how to make delicious homemade tortillas. There’s so much to learn here.
